Niocan Inc. Announces Resignation of Director

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, November 12, 2013 ‒ Niocan Inc. (the “Corporation”) (TSX: NIO) announced today that Mr. Terence Ortslan has resigned as Director of the Corporation.
